Your Bovis warranty covers adjustments to external, internal and garage doors due to natural shrinkage/settling in, and repairs to faulty locks, closing mechanisms and door furniture. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for our Customer Care team are available Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
Your warranty does not include minor warping of timber doors, alterations to clearances for non-standard floor coverings, accidental damage or general wear and tear.
