Your Bovis warranty covers repairs to shrinkage cracks over 15mm wide in brickwork and mortar and over 5mm wide in concrete. Plus, expert advice on any questions relating to your brickwork. Your warranty does not include repairs to shrinkage cracks under 15mm wide in brickwork and mortar and less than 5mm wide on concrete. Normal colour variations and the removal of white marks on brickwork arising from natural efflorescence are also excluded.
